Overview
Compassionate Cultures had developed a respected, evidence-based methodology for assessing organisational culture. The approach worked brilliantly in workshops and consulting engagements — but scaling it was becoming increasingly burdensome.
We collaborated closely to design, engineer and launch the Thrive & Grow Index® (TGI) — a future-proof culture-diagnostic system built for scale. Alongside the SaaS platform, we also delivered a public marketing website aligned with the brand’s positioning, designed to communicate the methodology clearly and convert interest into paying customers.
The Challenge
Compassionate Cultures’ delivery process relied heavily on:
- Manually administered surveys
- Spreadsheets and custom scoring

As demand grew, this model became increasingly limiting. They needed a digital platform that could:

- Automate accreditation checks, renewal rules and credit consumption

Our Solution
1. Collaborative Discovery & Design
We kicked off with a structured discovery phase, bringing together designers, engineers and the client’s subject-matter experts. Together, we mapped the entire lifecycle of a TGI assessment:
- Participant journeys and survey flow
- Complex branching logic
- Scoring rules and dimension modelling

- Refined UX interactions and simplified reporting flows
- Trained the Compassionate Cultures team on platform operations and support
We also created a public marketing website, aligned with the brand’s elegant, compassionate aesthetics, to present the methodology, funnel leads and integrate the live SaaS platform.
